The assigned Account Manager and appropriate support staff will be present at all times on-site during each event to supervise all aspects of service and to make approved adjustments.
THC works with the client to determine the appropriate amount of support staff needed on-site. This allows the client to control costs and service levels to attendees.
THC offers a full a la carte menu available for lead retrieval equipment and services that can be tailored to the event exhibitors. In addition if the client currently partners with a lead retrieval company THC will work with them to integrate lead retrieval with the orchid registration software.
