The Housing Connection uses the state of the art registration software, Orchid Event Solutions. Orchid Event Technologies is a complete meeting and event management solution that includes a comprehensive suite of tools, including Event Marketing; Web Brochures; Online Registration; Attendee Management; Unique Passkey Integration for event planners utilizing Passkey; Optional Activities; Financial Management; Quality Control; Financial Processing and Management; and Reporting, all in a single integrated solution.

THC will assign a specific Account Manager to oversee each event registration and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day issues. The Account Manager will work closely with the entire THC management staff and will coordinate the operation of each program.

Our customer service center agents will receive in-depth training about each group, their delegates and the nature of the event, in order to provide your attendees the best possible service. Each service representative is trained on system capabilities and your event components to accurately and efficiently manage all registrations.
