In evaluating your group and its overall scope, we understand there are dynamics unique to your group in both housing and registration. THC customizes each housing and registration procedure to match the look and feel of your program, while simultaneously applying programming logic to support the specific business rules determined by you, the client. The Housing Connection allows attendees to select the housing and registration option that best meets their needs – Internet, fax, mail, or phone. Attendees that choose to register by phone may do so through our customer service center where rooms are pulled from live inventory. Reservation data is always accurate, current, and available in one central location. Reports can be created at any time. |
