The Housing Connection's philosophy puts customer service at its center adopting a proactive team approach. Each group is assigned an Account Manager that is your key contact, or partner, throughout the entire process. The Director of Housing & Registration Sales, your initial point of contact, will be with you every step of the way meeting regularly with the Director of Housing & Registration Operations and your assigned Account Manager to ensure that all aspects of your meeting are efficient and smooth.
